Returns/Refunds are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

Mandatory Requirement – Customers must provide a live unboxing video while opening the parcel. Without this video, return/refund claims will not be accepted.

Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging.

Customized, stitched, or discounted products are not eligible for return/refund.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed in the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
